Yes, you can disable PF and ESI deductions for an individual employee.


Follow these steps:

Steps to Disable PF / ESI for an Employee:

  1. Navigate to Employee > View Employees.

  2. Click on the employee's name for whom you want to disable PF or ESI.

  3. The employee's profile with multiple accordions will appear.

  4. In the Payroll Information tile, click the Edit icon.

  5. Set the "Include PF" or "Include ESI" option to "No" based on your requirement.

  6. Click "Save".

  7. A confirmation message will be displayed, and the selected deduction will be disabled for that employee.
